Position Summary:

The Client Transportation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring clients receiving services are transported safely and efficiently between various facilities. In addition to transportation duties, this position entails administrative responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Provide safe and secure transportation of all passengers, transporting them to various assigned locations.

Communicate effectively with passengers while answering questions about Triumph programs and other inquiries.

Exhibit problem-solving ability to deescalate frustrated and unruly passengers should the need arise.

Drive assigned routes in adherence with defined schedule, communicating delays to effected parties.

Drive through traffic while obeying all traffic laws. Report accidents, incidents or other traffic disruptions and follow directions when using an alternative route.

Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, while providing assistance in, to and from facilities.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Maintain a clean vehicle inside and outside at all times, including washing the exterior of the vehicle, cleaning and vacuuming interior and sanitizing per company standards.

Secure all items including but not limited to client belongings and safety equipment.

Proficient use of office equipment such as phone and computer, including accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Other duties as assigned, to include backup coverage in residential facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.

• Able to read and use GPS and applications for navigation and communication.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years driving

• Preferred professional driving experience

Licenses/Certificates/Registration:

• CPR Certificate

This position may require exerting up to 40 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, or move objects.
