Rising Eagle Construction is looking for a Business Development Manager. We're on the hunt for a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a job that is crucial to the success of our company. As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales and revenue by building relationships with customers and closing deals. You might be thinking, "That sounds like a big job!” Yes, it is! And we're looking for someone who is up to the challenge. You'll need to be a great communicator, a skilled negotiator, and an all-around sales superstar. And with great challenges comes great rewards.
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers and property managers, identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals. You’ll be accountable to meeting sales targets and working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the success of our business development efforts.

ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
Brainstorming with the leadership and project management team to create new project strategies
Researching new potential client needs / capability gaps
Collaborating with project management to develop, review, and updae timeframes and budgets
Executing identified sales objectives
Managing multiple client accounts while initiation new client relationships
Finding and following new sales leads
Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
8+ years experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Demonstration of strong communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Demonstrated experience organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
