REGIONAL NURSE TRAINER

Job Description

To work in the designated region in order to improve onboarding and quality of nursing care at each CVHS location. Assist in standardizing the education by teaching our CVHS policies. CVHS patients would be able to go to any site within our organization and receive that same quality care. You must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of community resources, experience with high risk populations and ability to work collaboratively with community, patients, families and other members of the health care team. Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurses, licensed by the Virginia State Board of Nursing, at least 2 years of general patient care experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Current CPR certification.
