Job Summary:

Crush Real Estate Group, a leading real estate agency in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Listing Realtor. This is a full-time, commission-only sales role that offers the opportunity to work with a top-producing team and to grow your business as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

As a full-time, commission-only position, the Listing Realtor role offers unlimited earning potential. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule and have the flexibility to work remotely or in the office. We also offer ongoing training, support, and the resources you need to succeed in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and goals, and develop a personalized listing plan

- Conduct market research and analyze data to determine the best price for properties

- Create and manage marketing campaigns for listings through various channels, such as print, digital, and social media

- Host open houses and schedule showings for potential buyers

- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients

- Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the entire listing process

- Continuously network and build relationships to generate leads and grow your business

- Keep up-to-date with the local real estate market trends and stay informed about industry changes and regulations

- Attend team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Active Virginia real estate license

- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field

- A proven track record of successful sales and strong negotiation skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

- Proficient in using technology and social media for marketing purposes

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
