RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policy

Comfortable working with all makes and models

Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that they can recommend additional services needed

Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician

Emission/ Virginia State Inspector preferred

Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

Fast leaner

Good written and verbal communication skills

Team player

Computer literate

Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Valid drivers license
