Mirage Renovations Inc. is a company that specializes in the renovation and maintenance of high-rise rental apartment buildings.

We are a rapidly growing company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and dedicated plaster/paint worker.

You will be responsible for duties such as:

Plastering and sanding to prep for painting.

Painting empty rental units (Walls, ceilings, doors, and trim).

Minor plaster and paint repairs in occupied units.

Drywall repairs.

Caulking trim and cabinetry.

Other general interior painting duties.

About the job:

This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).

Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.

$20-$25/hr.

Mon- Friday.

8-10 hour shifts.

A successful candidate requires:

A set of their own tools.

2-3 years of experience.

Must have reliable transportation to commute between multiple sites in a workday.

An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Our service area encompasses the whole GTA.
