Lead Carpenter - High End Finish Work

G-Net construction is looking to hire a Construction Carpenter! we are a full-service general construction company offering a full-time opportunity to grow with us!

Position: Construction Carpenter

Drywall partition framing & drywall installation.

Window & door installation.

Finish carpentry (wood moldings, wood handrails, door trim, etc.)

Door hardware installation.

Cement board & bathroom waterproofing membrane installation.

Wood floor patching.

Rough carpentry (floor joists, exterior & roof sheathing, floor underlayment, etc.)

Drop drywall & ACT ceiling framing.

Wood stairs installations.

Qualifications:

MUST possess excellent communication skills and follow instruction from the field supervisor in English.

MUST be detail oriented, work neatly.

MUST have own hand tools, basic power tools (And know how to use them!)

MUST be able to legally work in the US and have a social security card.

MUST have an OSHA-40 card.

Basic PLUMBING skills/knowledge is a plus.

Basic ELECTRICAL skills/knowledge is a plus.

Basic HVAC skills/knowledge is a plus.

A VALID NYS Driver's License is a plus.

Basic experience in blueprint reading is a plus.
