Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual who has good work ethics, self-motivated, willing to learn, organized and a team player

Must be honest, reliable, punctual, with high attention to detail and willing to abide by our values and shop standards

Must be a proactive and industrious individual with a positive demeanour and possess a constructive approach to problem-solving

Candidate should also be a team player supporting to work on projects that are time sensitive and require an all-hands-on-deck approach

Responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to operation of CNC machines, shipping/receiving, filling inventory orders and quality control

Wood working experience and machine operation is an asset

Must have basic computer skills

Must have good math skills

Will train as needed, so being a quick learner is a must

Specific duties may evolve over time to align with team requirements however, candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their strengths and contribute meaningfully to various aspects of the role

Qualifications:

Able to lift, push and pull up to 22.7 Kg (50 lbs) independently and multiple times daily

No back or joint problems due to the lifting requirements

Basic computer skills

Shop worker experience: 2 years (Preferred)
