Key accountabilities and responsibilities

Provide marketing automation training for users and new starters.

Promote the use of Eloqua in the business and investigate new marketing automation functionality.

Administrate the Eloqua platform, creating and managing users.

Develop and manage responsive email templates, headers and footers, forms and landing pages.

Support campaign execution, the event registration management process and email creation across the business.

Monitor and report on email marketing performance.

Create automated marketing processes and nurturing campaigns that maximise engagement, retention and growth opportunities.
