We are looking for a Machine Shop Quality Inspector - Programmer!
Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 DOE
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Plans and executes inspection of new metallic and composite machined parts
Programs Hexagon CMM and Romer Arm with PC-DEMIS software
Performs measurement inspection of parts, including AS9102 First Article Inspection
Documents nonconformances as they are discovered
Assists with full lot inspection of machined parts
Provides feedback to machine shop and engineering for adjustments as required
Able to learn new metrology equipment and software
Helps train personnel with new equipment and inspection techniques
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
3+ years programming in PCDemis
Proficient with operating CMM and Romer Arm
Strong Proficiency with GD&T
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Working experience in AS9100 or equivalent quality system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be a U.S. Citizen
