Your Impact As a Pearce HVAC Technician, Telecom you will be responsible for field service maintenance, remedial, and emergency repair on HVAC equipment at telecommunication and data centers for leading telecom providers.

Core Responsibilities * Maintain commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling units - diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.

* Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season equipment.

* Replace or install forced air heating, air conditioning as well as hydronic heating systems.

* Install or replace duct systems in telecommunication shelters.

* Test electrical circuits and components for continuity along with pipes and tubing joints for leaks.

* Follow wiring diagrams to layout and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment.

* Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency callouts while on call.

Core Experience * Two (2) years or more experience with HVAC maintenance.

* Prior experience with underground CEV (Controlled Environment Vault) desired.

* Knowledge of HVAC codes and their proper application with ability to read and understand electrical ladder schematics.

* Experience with Universal Refrigerant Card (include 410a) EPA 608.

Types 1, 2, and 3.

* Understanding of underground gas monitoring, systems (AKA, Sierra 2400, Sierra 2450, Quest control systems). * Understanding of telecommunications and data processing operations.

Physical/Work Environment * At Pearce safety is our number one concern.

Candidates must be able to comply with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulation.

* A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in order to operate company vehicles.

* The ability to be on call and travel extensively for work when needed is highly preferred.

* Comfort with extensive daily travel with independent work structure.
