Job Description

As a Residential Processor Admin with Gallagher and Henry, you will play an important role in creating a positive home buying experience. To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to create rapport over the phone with home buyers and guide and educate them through the process. This role coordinates the communication and activities of many parties involved in the purchase (buyer, attorneys, lender, title company, sales and construction professionals), and proactively follows up with all parties for many items needed.

It’s important for individuals in this role to balance urgency with accuracy.

We take pride in ensuring that all Gallagher and Henry homeowners receive a high level of customer service from the time they visit one of our Sales Centers all the way through and after, the time they take ownership of their new home.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist and educate customers throughout the home building process.

· Establish ongoing relationships by delivering great customer service.

· Act as a liaison between all parties to ensure clear, urgent, constant and consistent communication.

· Coordinate next steps and items required with all parties involved in the purchase regarding applications, approvals, construction scheduling, settlement, and closing.

· Educate customers on the information and documentation typically requested and obtain details of the purchase to ensure accuracy and transparency at closing.

· Manage details of the purchase with all parties involved and ensure alignment and accuracy for closing.

· Responsible for prompt, professional communication to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.

· Assist Sales, Construction Professionals and customers in gathering and preparing information

· Set up and maintain customer files.

· Prepare and review pre-close documentation

· Schedule and Prepare all necessary documentation as needed for the Closing Package

· Manage all steps in the process leading to a successful closing

· Participate in construction/sales meetings and other company events.

· Participate as needed during marketing promotions and events.

· Contribute to a positive team environment.

· Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by manager.
