We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Customer Executive to join our dynamic sales
team. As a Senior Customer Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives
and marketing campaigns by combining your technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to
understand customer needs and position our software to solve business problems.
Responsibilities:
-Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and increase industry knowledge.
-Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
-Articulate how our software solutions align with customer needs.
-Prepare and deliver sales / technical presentations to prospective customers.
-Manage marketing campaigns focused on specific customer needs / features of our software solutions.
-Maintain excellent customer relations.
-Maintain up to date sales activity and forecast data.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales, ideally within the software industry.
-Strong understanding of software technologies and trends.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
-Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
