IMMEDIATELY HIRING "FULL-TIME AFTERNOON NURSE" FOR OUR 72 APARTMENT ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY

WE ARE HIRING ALL SHIFTS FOR OUR SOON TO OPEN BRAND NEW 24 RESIDENT MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY!

We are seeking an LPN or RN that truly desires Long Term Care Nursing to join our awesome Hillside Nursing Team & Family! You will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of our 72 Assisted Living residents & manage and administer medications and treatments to those residents that are on our Med plan services.

GREAT NURSE OPPORTUNITY: Once we open our new Memory Care Community; our nurses will be selected to either work at the new full secured building being responsible for 24 memory care residents. Or work at the 72 Apartment Assisted Living Community. Can have the opportunity to have a change in environment!

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled residents

Monitor and report changes in residents symptoms or behaviors to their responsible party and physician

Communicate & collaborate with physicians regarding resident care

Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals such as Home health care; Hospice

Maintain accurate resident medical records

Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family

Administer resident medications and complete treatments as prescribed by residents Physicians safely and thoroughly within the 2-hour time frame

Be efficient with electronic medication administration records (QUICKMAR/ Point Click Care)

Supervise RCA care on all neighborhoods

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields ~ preferred in long term settings

Familiarity with medical software and equipment

Ability to build rapport with residents, families, visitors and all team members

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment

Have proven attendace record

We proudly are a nurse and family-owned and operated Senior Living community that offers Independent, Assisted Living, specialized Memory Care and Hospice care all on our Hillside campus.

We will be hosting several "NOW HIRING" events for ALL positions on the Hillside campus throughout "JANUARY & FEBRUARY"!"
