Continuous Improvement Engineer New Holland, Pennsylvania

$70,000 to $75,000 Base Salary + strong, stable & steady future

Tremendous opportunity for an up-and-coming engineer to be mentored and developed by a team of experienced continuous improvement professionals in a company that is as stable and quality focused as any that exist in industry.

Qualifications:

Permanent Residency or Citizenship in the US.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

one to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment ..internships count!

Troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities.

Prior exposure to LEAN or Six Sigma principles like 5S, Kaizen, Gemba walks, Five Whys, value stream mapping, etc. are a highly valued.
