Join us at the Google Operations Center for the opportunity to help Google users tackle their problems and accomplish their goals, all while working in a dynamic and diverse environment.

As the Security & Resilience Manager, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing, leading and evaluating the effectiveness of a workflow operations team.

Position Responsibilities

Drive the overall success of service delivery for a Security Operations Team

Review performance data from the operations teams to evaluate the effectiveness of the operation teams

Maintain overall accountability for the request fulfillment process of 4 different subprocesses

Ensure teams have all necessary resources to perform delivery work

Facilitate the development, documentation, and implementation business processes for all services and associated functions that support the operations of service delivery

Serve as change coordinator, including reviewing change risk and impact assessments

Monitor and track events, inform stakeholders of potential risks, and escalate events if needed

Assess the feasibility of proposed problem resolutions, including resource availability and potential schedules; review and approve workarounds and resolutions

Willing to work on graveyard shift and report to the office 5 days a week

Minimum Qualifications

10 years of business operations, BPO or other customer-service focused industry experience

5+ years of people management experience and large scale operations handling complex teams

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Security, Safety, or Investigative Field on a large corporate scale

Proven ability to be customer-oriented in handling communications and issues

Strong understanding of business principles and operations
