Description:

This person will work closely with the Legal Compliance leadership team to develop content that addresses training needs for team members at the company. This person will also be responsible for organizing and managing compliance related policies, procedures and job aids companywide. This will require that this person work closely with leadership from teams throughout the company as well as with training folks from those teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Developing new training courses or revising existing ones

Deploying of companywide mandatory compliance training courses

Creating and or updating Academy Job Aids

Working closely with the Legal/Compliance team and Trainer to create training content relevant to the business lane by requested implementation date

Managing administration of policies, procedures and job aids for the company

Developing content on a short development timeline

Tracking and report companywide compliance trainings

Working on multiple projects simultaneously / strong time management skills

Ability to work independently

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

1+ yrs of basic comprehension of compliance related matters (residential preferred)

Ability to grasp complex mortgage concepts quickly (QM, NBI, TRID, HPML etc.)

Demonstrate our core values on a regular basis

Collaborate on projects that serve teams outside of your specialty

Maintain and distribute training records and reports: Attendance, training hours, assessment, record results into learning management system

Consults with leadership from various teams to develop computer based and instructor led course material.

Work with Compliance leadership to conduct training needs analysis

Proficient in MS Office suite, advance PowerPoint and related software skills critical

Prior mortgage lender or trainer experience is preferred

Strong written and oral communication skills are critical

Obtain internal training certification

Onsite attendance is required
