Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases and 3rd Party Apps.
Database design: Data Extension, Contact Builder, Primary Key/Subscriber Key/Contact Key design
Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios: Email Studio, Content Builder, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio, Personalization Builder for Emails and SMS, Data Cloud, Personalisation is a must.
Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language
Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript
Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS) and automations with SQL for data view/data extension, data extract/transfer activity.
Data administration: Import/Export, SFTP, deployment using Package Manager.
System Administration: Users & Role, Business Unit Management
Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model
Extensive experience utilizing Journey Builder and extensive hands on working with Custom Activities.
Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units
Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP), Heroku or Azure/AWS
Experience with CI/CD tools is a must have.
Experience with complex data structures, data modelling and databases
Working Knowledge with any other Salesforce clouds

Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a marketing cloud administrator and/or developer
Strong background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant/Salesforce Accredited Professional Certification on Personalization Builder/ Salesforce Accredited Professional Certification on CDP is preferred
Experience with any marketing automations tools/platforms
