Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Create new customer accounts, update their conditions, and update the price book on L/N.

Create sales orders/ Delivery notes issue invoices on L/N and submit to customers.

Frequently updating shipping plans to customers and communicating them with other departments

Support in sending price update letters, quotations, and faxes to customers.

Follow up on customers' payment collections.

Registration of customer complaints and coordination of outcomes.

Maintain and update customer records.

Support the intermittent projects – (i.e. Net Promotor Score launch, others).

Assists in the production of specification sheets for customers.

Assist in the preparation and updating of account plans.

Captures and compiles data on competitive activity and the results of quotes/proposals.

Provide other administrative support, including, but not limited to: written and electronic correspondence; handling telephone calls and relaying messages; internal office support; scheduling meeting and travel arrangements and performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Typically requires a university degree with 2-5 yrs. of experience.

Knowledge and Skills

Very Good English

ERP / CRM systems experience would be an advantage

Possesses basic administrative and sales support experience.

Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Possesses strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and any other relevant software.42
