Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor ( Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin & English )

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year based on experience

Work Authorization: Must have permanent work authorization as we do not provide sponsorship.

Language: Must be able to read/write in both English and Mandarin

Job description

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin & English and be responsible for supervising warehouse operations within the Los Angeles area. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Proficient with a Warehouse Management System(WMS) and Transportation Management System(OMS)

Excellent understanding of Order-fulfillment and E-Commerce Logistics process

Supervise the accuracy of shipments and receiving, using proper accuracy programs and systems.

Experience with Shipping, Logistics, Inventory Management

Supervise self and partner's warehouse daily to ensure that safety, security, laws, and policies are maintained.

Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.

Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments and business partners.

Job Requirements:

College degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or relevant on the job years of experience.

Strong general knowledge of all warehousing operations, with prior work experience to include lead person or supervisory duties.

Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Proficiency in computer software (MS Word and Excel, especially).
