Principal Geotechnical Engineer

As a Principal Geotechnical engineer, his is your chance to make a significant impact on a wide range of projects, including commercial real estate, oil and gas, renewable energy, and landfills.

You will:

Lead projects, mentor junior staff, and make a lasting impact on the industry. Manage projects, navigate complex regulations, and ensure compliance for efficient project completion.

Engage in region-specific work, tackling unique geotechnical challenges in different areas.

Apply your expertise in field data collection, engineering, and environmental design to shape innovative solutions.

You bring:

B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with P.E. registration (M.S. preferred) or a B.S. in Geology with R.G. registration (M.S. preferred).

10+ years of experience managing operations-related infrastructure design, permitting, and/or environmental compliance activities.

Strong working knowledge of federal environmental laws and regulations.

Hands-on experience collaborating with regulatory agency personnel at all levels.

Expertise building and supervising technical and administrative personnel.

Track-record of success in developing and executing business development strategies, including market/client intelligence, win themes, visitation schedules, client relationship management, and revenue generation.

Experience preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and plans.

Amazing spoken and written communication, including the preparation of regulatory submittals and the delivery of technical presentations to trade association
