Responsibilities - Field Service Engineer

Actively diagnose, repair, and test complex machines and instrumentation.

Commission intricate motion systems and ensure equipment integrity.

Repair or adjust equipment, machines, or defective components, and replace worn parts.

Install repaired equipment and replace parts at customer sites including industrial and military facilities.

Qualifications/Requirements for Field Service Engineer

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with repairing, diagnosing, and building robotic systems and machines; familiarity with troubleshooting motors, motion control devices, and amplifiers.

Bachelors’ degree – engineering preferred (comparable experience will be considered in lieu of an engineering degree).

Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Experience with a variety of testing and measurement instruments.

Familiarity with motion control devices, motors, and amplifiers.

Experience with Delta Tau and/or Parker servo motors is a plus
