Position Title: Ninja Elite Department: Store Level Leadership Team

Reports to: Operations Director

Coordinate Positions: Operations, Training Leader, Ninja, Samurais, Advocates, Bubblistas, and Elites

Subordinate Positions: Ninja BA

Position Summary (Purpose): Ninja Elite are responsible for ensuring store level team member’s needs are met, as they work to meet the performance expectations of Balance Pan-Asian Grille. Ninja Elites oversee all in store training of the Ninja BAs and follow the guidelines set by the Training Leaders. And able to perform at a high level all Ninja BA responsibilities.

Major Functions (Primary Duties and Responsibilities):

• All tasks in Ninja BA job description

• Understanding and implementation of all Health Department policies including Sani buckets, 3 comp sink, FIFO, cross contamination, food safety procedure

• Manage employees Including clock in/clock out, attitudes, appearance, and Delegation of tasks

• Communication with the Store BOH CL, Elite Bubblista, Elite Advocate, and Elite Samurai

• Manage storage pars, portion size, composting, Waste logs, production, and quality

• Respond to SLACK promptly in location channel, position channel, and any direct messages

• Cleaning- Cleanliness of lobby, register, and expo area during the shift, maintenance of equipment, and maintenance of environment

• Turning off lights and lock doors to end a shift

• Manage Jolt Lists

• Maintain all standards that have been set forth by Training managers

• Train Ninja BAs to the standards set forth by the TLs

• Manage deliveries, invoices, and incoming food quality

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 30lbs

• Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills

Work Environment:

Fast casual restaurant environment

Salary/Hourly Rate:
