Position Overview:

This is a career opportunity within a company that focuses on equipping, inspiring, and paving the way for sales professionals. Residential Damage Experts are responsible for effective prospecting of new residential and/or commercial roofing, siding and gutter services through canvassing and business development of B2B referral partners. You are not required to be an expert with insurance or related claims. Those that fit well within our organization will constantly engage in pristine communication with the public, internal personnel, and our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prospecting: Identify potential residential exterior replacement opportunities covered by homeowners' property insurance.

Market Canvassing: Canvas strategically identified markets and areas using company-provided premier software.

Property Inspections: Conduct thorough and accurate property inspections, including climbing ladders and capturing necessary damage photography.

Value Proposition Presentation: Present the company's value proposition and the benefits to clients through effective door-to-door sales.

Lead Management: Handle all leads and referrals in a professional and timely manner.

Customer Communication: Maintain high-quality communication with customers.

Lead Generation: Engage in daily field activities to generate leads, sales, and referrals for home exterior surface replacements.

Brand Representation: Uphold and enhance the reputation of the Radical Restoration brand.

Training Participation: Actively participate in all regular sales staff and training meetings provided by the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of roofing, siding, and gutters.

Activity Management: Excellent activity management skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Drive and Determination: Demonstrated drive and determination to consistently exceed expectations.

Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Prospecting Abilities: Stamina and effectiveness in prospecting residential leads.

Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented with an understanding of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a plus.

Software Familiarity: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and canvassing software is preferred.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, inside sales, account management, or business development is beneficial.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.

3+ years of B2C experience.

1+ years of B2B sales experience is preferred.

Preferred experience in Door-to-Door Sales and a background in Home Improvement

Physical Demands:

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is often required to walk, climb ladders, walk roofs, talk, and use an iPad (as assigned by Radical Restoration). Other physical demands include sitting for office work and using software as required.

Additional Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Location: DMV area excluding DC

Compensation: Unlimited earning potential! Avg $75,000 - $150,000 per year

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

FLSA: Exempt

EOCC: Coverage

Background & Drug Check: Employment subject to clean background and drug screening
