Drive Success at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort!

As the Sales Manager at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort, you'll lead our sales teams across the park and resort sectors, overseeing all sales operations and ensuring top-notch experiences for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our sales for park group visits and hotel group accommodations.

Job type: Full-time, non-exempt

Schedule: Can be flexible, weekends and holidays required.

*Hours may vary slightly based on hotel occupancy and department need.

Your Role:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align the goals of park and hotel group sales, aiming to boost overall revenue.

Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve their targets and support the resort's strategic objectives.

Build and strengthen relationships with key business clients, facilitating a seamless experience from the first contact to post-visit follow-up.

Your Skills:

Demonstrated leadership ability in a senior sales role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.

Strong strategic thinking and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for maintaining effective client relationships.
