Job Description

We are now accepting resumes for Customer Service Representatives for our agency in Winston-Salem, NC. This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including health and dental insurance. New CSRs earn around $24-40,000 per year on average. However, our Top CSRs earn $50,000+. A Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License is required for the position, but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks and does require a background check. Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.

Maintain knowledge of all products.

Assist Sales producers with prospecting and generating new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Educate customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Outbound calling to our current customers

Requirements
