Bookkeeper / Accountant - Please take care of our cash!

Let's be honest! We are looking for a fun colleague to add to our great team. We have 4 companies and we are great at making the revenues come in. We want an expert to come in and take over the bookkeeping for the companies, keep people paid timely, and do projections/reporting to help us continue to grow strategically. If you love digging into data, organizing, and problem-solving with a smile, we want to hear from you! We don't take ourselves seriously as you can tell, but we do take the business seriously. :-)Compensation:

$20 hourlyResponsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports

Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers

Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process

Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete

Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statementsQualifications:

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position

Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

Must be well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)About Company
