Job Type: Part-Time (Mandatory Saturdays, up to 20 hours per week)

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist Braiders in prepping hair for braid services.

Help with the application and completion of braid styles.

Manage hair supplies by sorting and stocking as needed.

Support guest check-in and provide excellent customer service.

Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized salon environment, including performing light cleaning duties and laundry.

Engage in creating compelling social media content and take photographs of clients and their styling results.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in hair styling and salon services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
