Northpoint Mortgage is a growing New England-based mortgage lender seeking to add an entry-level, full-time employee to our Sturbridge, MA office. In this position, you will support multiple departments and help with onboarding, offboarding, equipment distribution, and loan document organization.

Skills & Experience Needed:
Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion
Flexibility to offer support where needed and reprioritize duties
Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service attitude
Desire and ability to work in the office as this is an in-office position
Responsibilities:
Sorting and organizing mortgage loan documents
Assisting with onboarding new employees including entering new hire information into required systems and ordering and shipping equipment to the required locations
Assisting with offboarding to make arrangements to receive returned equipment
Assist in special projects such as printing and assembling training manuals
Compensation commensurate with experience.
