Executive Assistant

Bureau of Federal Investigation (FBI)

Position Description:

EnProVera Corporation is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to the Front Offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Office of General Counsel (OGC). The OGC provides vital legal advice to the Director, other FBI officials, and divisions, ensuring comprehensive support for a wide array of investigative and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative and related support services, coupled with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret documents, demonstrating intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Coordinate requests requiring the attention of high-level officials, ensuring effective follow-up and briefing of key personnel.

Contribute to the implementation of strategic direction by applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives.

Perform office automation and word processing duties, producing accurate and efficient work.

Schedule and arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences, maintaining appointment schedules and making final commitments as necessary.

Maintain personnel records, assist in making arrangements for presentations and lectures, and prepare files for hearings and trials.

Review and route incoming and outgoing correspondence, noting important items requiring follow-up.

Assist in discovery and court preparation by organizing, scanning, and Bates-Stamping FBI discovery documents.

Handle executive travel arrangements, maintaining detailed itineraries and accommodations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Associate degree with four (4) years of experience in office management or a related area; OR seven (7) years of experience in office management or a related area.

Demonstrated experience in information management, correspondence production, and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Proficiency in scheduling, reporting, and Microsoft Office Products.

Knowledge and experience with administrative and clerical procedures, including the ability to recognize and properly distribute incoming correspondence.

Previous experience with the FBI OGC processes is a plus but not required.Physical Demands:

The contractor must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance - includes standing, walking, bending, twisting, and performing a variety of other physical functions on a consistent basis Required Security:
