As a Communications Coordinator at XTalk Prep, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey our company's message to internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute communication plans to promote XTalk Prep's services, initiatives, and events.

Draft and edit content for internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, website content, and social media posts.

Coordinate media relations activities, including responding to media inquiries, pitching stories, and arranging interviews.

Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular updates and analysis to internal stakeholders.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other promotional activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in communications, public relations, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
