Are you an experienced and dedicated Dental Office Manager? We invite you to join our client's dental practice, where your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our dental office. Your main responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily administrative and managerial tasks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients.

Location: Orchard Lake, Keego Harbor, Sylvan Lake

Pay Rate: $28/Hour

Schedule:

Monday

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Thursday

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday

7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.

Coordinate financial arrangements with patients, including billing, payment plans, and insurance coverage.

Prepare financial reports and statements for review by the practice owner.

Handle insurance claims and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Lead and supervise dental office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and other administrative personnel.

Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand office policies and procedures.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Monitor and maintain inventory of office and dental supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dental office management or related administrative roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
