Position Title: Advocate Elite Department: Store Level Leadership Team
Reports to: Operations Director
Coordinate Positions: Training Leader, Scheduling Leader, Ninjas, Samurais, Advocates, Bubblistas, and Elites
Subordinate Positions: Advocate BA
Position Summary (Purpose): Advocate Elite are responsible for ensuring store level team member’s needs are met, as they work to meet the performance expectations of Balance Pan-Asian Grille. Elites oversee all in store training of the Advocate BAs and follow the guidelines set by the Training Leader. And able to perform at a high level all Advocate BA responsibilities.
Major Functions (Primary Duties and Responsibilities):
• All tasks in Advocate BA job description
• Understanding and implementation of all Health Department policies
• Manage employees Including clock in/clock out, attitudes, appearance, and Delegation of tasks
• Communication with the Store FOH CL, Elite Ninja, Elite Advocate, and Elite Bubblista
• Manage food pars, portion size, temperature logs, Waste logs, and quality
• Respond to SLACK promptly in location channel, position channel, and any direct messages
• Cleaning- Cleanliness of lobby, register, and expo area during the shift, maintenance of equipment, and maintenance of environment
• Turning off lights and lock doors to end a shift
• Manage Jolt Lists
• Maintain all standards that have been set forth by Training managers
• Train Advocate BAs to the standards set forth by the TLs
