Collaboration Applications Developer Skill Level 1

Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the TL&D SharePoint or similar environment. Interacts with Government Lead and customers to capture requirements, and design and develop the most effective enhancements to meet customer needs.

The Level 1 Collaboration Applications Developer shall possess the following capabilities:

Assist in developing software using .NET, Web Services and JavaScript

Manage small-scale SharePoint or similar site-development

Maintain and update SharePoint or similar master pages

Gather software requirements in support of software specification designs

Assist in developing webpages using HTML, CSS and JavaScript or similar applications

Qualifications:

Four (4) years’ experience in software development and software project management in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience, for a total of eight (8) years, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

One (1) year experience in SharePoint or similar master page development

Two (2) years’ experience in requirements gathering and software specification design

Two (2) years’ experience in SharePoint or similar site-development

Three (3) years’ experience in HTML, and CSS
