Lab Assistant/Courier

Job Summary:# #Supporting laboratory position with duties including specimen/supply transport, specimen tracking, specimen registration, and telephone call center responsibilities.# Drives company vehicle and occasional personal vehicle to and from physician offices and other healthcare facilities to pick up specimens, deliver laboratory reports and supplies.# Serves as laboratory customer service representative with office customers.

Qualifications:# High school graduate or equivalent.# Valid North Carolina drivers license, skills in driving motor vehicle and maintaining a safe driving record.## No laboratory experience required; computer skills desirable.# Ability to manage time and to meet rigid schedules.# Possess exceptional customer relations skills.
