CaroMont Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to work on a PRN basis at our CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC # Occupational Therapist Job Summary To perform a wide variety of Occupational Therapy evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of patients Qualifications Bachelors, Master#s or Doctoral degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Occupational Therapy North Carolina state license required No prior work experience required Considerable knowledge of occupational therapy terminology, procedures, and techniques Thorough skill in performing occupational therapy procedures NICU assessment and treatment beneficial, but not required Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to embody CaroMont#s cultural values.## Considerable judgment required in working with patients and performing treatments.## Commitment to providing highly reliable, high quality, safe and compassionate care with the passion for continuous growth and providing an excellent patient experience.## Required BLS Certification# About CaroMont Health## CaroMont Health recognizes that caring doesn#t stop with patients.
