Dental Hygienist Mon & Alternating Sat

Our client, a dental office, seeks an experienced Dental Hygienist.

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally 1 year experience in the dental field

Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

LOCATION: Queen St. East & Main Street North - between McLaughlin Rd. North and Kennedy Rd North (Free Parking)

HOURS:

Mon: 10-7

Alternating Sat: 8-3

COMPENSATION:

Competitive TBD depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW:

Choice of Cavitron or Handscaling

New patient assessment-comprehensive exams

Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments

Polishing and fluoride treatments

Dental impressions and bleaching trays

Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning

Taking impressions of teeth for study models

Digital radiography

Charting patients, updating medical history

Oral hygiene instructions to patients

Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
