What You Can Expect

Lead a talented team of design verification engineers supporting multi-generational Storage product development.

Participate in silicon architecture development in collaboration with Architecture, FW, Design, Modelling, Emulation and Post Silicon Validation teams.

Define, implement, maintain key performance indicators (KPI) for areas of responsibility.

Drive and enhance verification plan and execution and advanced verification methodology development as well functional/code coverage metric closure.

Create constraint random verification environment using SV and UVM.

Maintain coherency across multiple platforms to facilitate re-use of drivers, checkers and test cases.

Define regression tests criteria for maximum coverage with optimal run-time.

Drive the accumulative progress metric toward tape out.

Support Validation team and Test team for verification debug and system bring-up.

Deliver simulation infrastructure and IP model to satisfy specific customer requirements.

Support internal and external SOC verification teams to integrate IP level test cases to SOC level.

Build a strong verification team by recruiting top talents and mentoring them with excellent career plan.

What We're Looking For

BS/MS degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering

10+ year experience in digital design verification and 3+ year in managing design verification team at Manager level.

Experience in working across multiple projects concurrently and managing priorities in partnership with stakeholders.

Experience with interpreting functional specification and creating comprehensive test plans.

Hands-on experience in System Verilog and UVM

Hands-on experience with complex subsystems such as PCIE, NVMe, and NAND and standard AMBA interfaces such as APB, AHB, AXI.

RTL design experience is a plus
