Elastomer Customer Product Specialist

Responsibilities 职责

Collaborate across the value chain with customer, OEMs, establish necessary relationships in market as well as with internal stakeholders Provide technical support, trainings to external and internal, develop training materials accordinglyTranslate market needs into technology terms, support new product or new application development by providing valuable input, validation of new solutions, establishment of technical capability accordingly

Qualifications 要求

BS or higher degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer related field8+ years of technical hands-on experience in thermoplastic elastomer technology, preferably with TPV or TPEE, familiar with material chemistry, customer fabrication process, testing, and OEM qualificationExperience as technology service / support in various market, especially industrial, consumer, or electrical marketCustomer facing experience, excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and partnerscomfortable in international cross-functional teams, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a global team.problem-solver and attention to detailfluent in English
