Global HR Operations Specialist

We are growing, so we are looking for a new person in the team who will be responsible for the international market.

Data management:

employee data management (completing employee profiles, updates if needed).

Documents management:

collecting employee-related data (auditing existing, adding newcomers’ data);

manage full cycle employment process for international colleagues (in cooperation with EoR, official employment for branches, b2b contracts);

control documentation during the full employee life cycle (onboarding, transfer, offboarding etc);

cooperation with payroll team within payments preparation processes.

Policies & processes management:

participation in HR-related policies and processes development & implementationin cooperation with the HR team.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in a similar role;

previous experience in IT, payroll or legal teams will be an advantage;

upper-intermediate English;

easy-going and empathic with strong communication skills;

Jira, HRIS.
