VIQU have partnered with a global media company who are currently recruiting for a Network Support Engineer to join their team.

The role

You will be providing face-to-face support to external stakeholders.

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of company equipment.

Troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.

Opportunity for additional remuneration through out of hours support.

Skills and experience

Strong understanding of networking with TCP/IP and VLAN.

Good understanding of wireless network troubleshooting.

Routing experience with MPLS and VXLAN.

Systems administration experience on Linux or OSX.

Experience with networking devices such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco and Juniper.

Relevant networking qualifications such as CCNA and CompTIA.
