Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to step into the world of hotels?
THE JOB:
Nighttime reception works at the Hotel.
Late check-in and check-out of the guests.
Assistance with additional requests and/or cooperation with other departments at the property.
Payment processing and administrative duties.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Min. 1 year experience in a Customer Service role. Ideally within a Hotel or other Hospitality based role.
Impeccable command of English – both written and oral
Ability to adhere to the set standards onsite.
Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.
THE PACKAGE:
11.52 per hour on a 25h per week basis
