Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-family or commercial projects and possess strong leadership skills. Experience in senior living projects will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of multi-family residential construction projects from conception to completion.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.

Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor and supervise project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family or commercial/ industrial construction management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
