A reputable full-service legal team, established for over four decades, is currently in search of a seasoned attorney proficient in trust and estate planning and administration. The position entails managing wills, trusts, estate administration, and elder law affairs.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years' experience in trust and estate planning. This opportunity offers potential for advancement, as the current leading Trust & Estate Attorney is transitioning their practice. Alongside a competitive base salary, a 20% origination fee is provided, with performance evaluated based on production versus profit.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.

Provide guidance on retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax strategies to clients.

Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients, ensuring effective communication.

Deliver exceptional customer service while interfacing with clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed member of the State Bar and in good standing.

Minimum five years' experience in estate planning, elder law, and tax law.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software, including practice management tools and document drafting programs.

Demonstrate empathy towards clients, creating a comfortable environment.

Meticulous attention to detail.
