**Sr. Superintendent Responsibilities**

- Oversee and manage multi-family high-rise construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget

- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment

- Direct and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success

**Sr. Superintendent Essential Job Functions**

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

- Manage and resolve any construction issues or conflicts that arise

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project completion

- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and daily logs

**Sr. Superintendent Skills**

- 5-10 years of experience in local multi-family high-rise construction, with a bonus for structural concrete expertise

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations

- Proficient in project management software and tools

**Benefits**

- Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience
