Job Description - Data Mining Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and partnerships.

Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, cold calls, and social networking to establish rapport and uncover business needs.

Qualify leads by gathering essential information, understanding their requirements, and assessing their interest and readiness to engage with our services.

Maintain an organized and updated database of leads, including contact details, interactions, and progress status.

Communicate effectively with prospects to introduce our company, services, and effectively articulate the value proposition.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand over of qualified leads, providing all necessary information for follow up.

Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Skills / attributes required:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience in cold calling

Experience with research and maintaining databases

Proficient in MSOffice including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience in using Zoho CRM

Strong project and time management skills

Experience working with International Market.

Qualifications / experience required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
