Customer Service Representative (Night Shft)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can work remotely but deliver excellent quality support for the US market.

Working Setup:

Remote but must be willing to report to the office at least once a month

Must be willing to attend an onsite 2-week Product Orientation upon hiring

Monday-Friday

Graveyard Shift; 8 PM to 6:36 AM (Including the 1 hour break)

Equipment will be provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing information about promotions or special offers.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations.

Monitor product levels and inform the team to restock as needed.

Communicate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.

Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.

Resolve issues related to returns or exchanges in a customer-friendly manner.

Prepare accurate reports and make adjustments when needed.

Promote loyalty programs, discounts, and special promotions to encourage repeat business.

Actively engage customers to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction.

Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or relevant field.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as CSR.

Experience with E-commerce

Experience in online upselling

Experience with US market like North American etc.

Must have excellent English communication skills and English as his or hr first language

Someone who can deal with aggressive clients

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.

Knowledge in order fulfillment in different E-Commerce platforms (ie: Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

Willing to work night shift schedule
