Create excellent and high quality marketing content that includes buntings, EDMs, presentations, social media posts and signboards to clearly highlight the advantages and unique features of the property development.
Manage the production and design of printing materials including banners, signage, flyers and brochures to support efforts of property sales.
Prepare and organize events to promote the company's projects, such as open houses and exhibitions.
Make sure that these events are coordinated in terms of logistics, decorations, and promotional materials.
Analyze competitors, identify target audiences, and understand real estate market trends and demands by conducting market research.
Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives in coordination with external marketing agencies, designers, and vendors.
Handle social media of the company that includes Email, Instagram and Facebook by respond to inquiries, engage with followers and content sharing to build a strong foundation of online community.
Reach potential buyers by implementing digital marketing strategies, such as email marketing, social media campaigns and online advertising.
Utilize various marketing channels and campaigns to generate leads.
Provide information, respond to inquiries, and guide potential buyers through the sales process to nurture and manage leads.
Implement effective digital marketing strategies to improve the development's online visibility through online marketing and SEO by optimizing the website for search engines and utilizing social media platforms.
Manage website development and maintenance, ensuring user-friendly interfaces, visually appealing design, and timely updates with current information.
Examine marketing performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and deliver regular reports to management.
Oversee CRM activities to facilitate effective communication and follow-up with potential buyers, including managing customer databases, tracking and lead generation,

Requirements
Have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
Have experience in property would be advantageous.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in utilizing MS Office and Canva. Having Adobe Illustrator skills would be advantageous.
