About the Job

Drive the design process from research to execution, collaborating cross-functionally to innovate products and enhance user experience, contributing to organizational strategy.

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for:

Participate on full design lifecycle - user research (primary and secondary), ideation, design execution and user testing

Facilitating design sprints to identify exciting new features and services, collaborating with UX researchers, product owners and engineers to deliver clear and refined design solutions from beginning to end

Close collaboration with product, data science and engineering teams to ensure design execution is in line with strategy, vision and timeframes

Collaborate and present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to peers and stakeholders in a clear, confident and persuasive manner

Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems, and constantly seek to improve the user’s experience of the platform

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer for mobile and web customer facing products

Proficiency in contemporary design and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Ability to tackle ambiguous design problems, combining both intuitive and analytical thinking, and have the grit to get to a desirable and viable solution

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within a fast-paced environment

Experience in CMS platforms like Wordpress, Hubspot, or Contentstack (preferred but not required)

Good to have:

High level of empathy with strong knowledge of human-centered design techniques and approaches

Drive to empower design methodology to identify and validate product opportunities

Willingness to explore new platforms and learn new techniques

Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
