THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to oversee the brand experience across all online and offline touchpoints. Our ideal candidate will need to uncover consumer insights to shape and communicate our vision and mission across all our brand’s channels, products and campaigns.
Role:
Ownership of devising and implementing Moneymax’s brand strategy including; brand vision, value proposition definition and customer segmentation
Social Media Management - including social media strategy and content creation for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
Own the development and communication of business cases for all brand building initiatives including offline touchpoints
Ensure compliance and uniformity of brand guidelines and strategies across departments including drafting and reviewing call center and customer service spiels and templates
Build brand equity for Moneymax as a trusted financial wellness companion through a strong brand communications strategy across owned and earned channels
Increase top-of-mind recall
Manage the process for gathering market intelligence about our target audience, competitors, brand performance and industry landscape
Translate research findings into personas and key insights to identify business opportunities and improve the overall customer experience
Lead PR initiatives for Moneymax including PR plan development, managing media queries, maintaining media relationships, PR reporting, and competitive analysis review
Brand management on Google My Business, social media and email marketing channels
Establish a brand measurement system to evaluate our brand performance and perception
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of crafting multi-channel brand communication and marketing strategies with hands-on experience in campaign direction and management
This is team management role, past experience in managing small teams preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with stakeholder & agency management experience
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
Creative with the ability to drive innovation and brand growth
Flair and passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data
Fast learner who thrives on continuous learning and taking on new challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in money management and personal finance
